I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fusion, and I must say, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, albeit with a few minor hiccups.

Service and Staff: The service at Fusion is one of its strongest assets. The staff, though a bit slow, were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Special mention goes to Surajit, our server for the evening, who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. While there were a couple of instances where we had to remind the staff about our drinks, their politeness and willingness to accommodate more than made up for the delay.

Food: The food at Fusion was nothing short of spectacular. The Dal Makhani was truly a standout dish—rich, creamy, and absolutely to die for. It’s the kind of dish that you’ll find yourself craving long after your meal is over. The Naan was perfectly prepared, soft yet slightly crispy, and paired wonderfully with the Dal. The only slight letdown was the Masala Papad, which left a bit to be desired in terms of flavor and crispness. However, this was a minor flaw in an otherwise fantastic meal.

Ambience and Arrangements: The ambience at Fusion is another highlight. The décor is tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed dining experience. We ordered Raunaqee Seekh, Kassondi Jhinha, Mutton Rarha with Butter Naan and Rice.
