StayVista at The Happy Hive | Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Lonavala — Hotel in Maharashtra

Stay Vista Happy Hive: Review and Property Condition Insights Recently, we stayed for a night at Stay Vista Happy Hive in Khandala, situated 6km away from the main market for convenient access to various items. Here's my detailed experience with the property and Stayvista. Pre-Reservation Experience: We booked directly through Stay Vista, securing a better rate than other online platforms like MMT or Booking. Having said this is the only villa chain that charges transaction fees on the overall cost which they claim as 0.40% to 0.50% however eventually I was charged almost 1.6%. Arrival: Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 11 am, an unusual time frame compared to other hotels/villas. Upon our arrival at 11:30 am, intending to briefly store our luggage before exploring, the caretaker graciously permitted us to do so. Since we were accompanied by children who needed to use the washroom, our stay was extended by a few minutes in the villa. Shortly after, the caretaker handed us a phone, and to our dismay, the experience manager, KRATI, began shouting. She admonished us for lingering during the ongoing cleaning process, emphasizing that the check-in time was 2 pm. The tone and language employed lacked all semblance of respect, giving the impression that Stayvista was providing complimentary accommodations. Finally we left and landed back at 2.30pm, the property was OK but needed a complete renovation and upscaling. Don’t go by the pictures of the place, the pictures taken were 5 years back when the renovation was done. Wall Papdi was peeling out in the main area The sofa in the swimming area was torn. Major Hygiene issue in the kitchen, don’t even think about cooking at the place. The swimming pool exhibited signs of neglect, with slimy water and slippery floor tiles We took the services of Stayvista chef who came and cooked food for us, only he could cook at the place considering how pathetic the entire kitchen was. Since we already purchased prepaid meal services we eventually had to eat and couldn’t cancel their services. The linens were stinky and Duet was not refreshed for ages Don’t ever drink water from their Aquaguard, the bottles are filthy, do plan for bottled water only. Service Highlights: • Chef Rahul's food was commendable and served promptly. • The villa was spacious and well-ventilated. Privacy Concerns: There was a lack of privacy due to frequent visits from the caretaker. the care taker keeps coming in the villa so often, he keeps hanging around, I guess the owner should make him stay in the villa itself with its guests. Checkout Reminder: Throughout our stay, reminders about the 11 am checkout persisted. Despite this, our experience manager, KRATI, did not follow up on our overall experience, reinforcing the feeling that Stayvista was indifferent. I recommend skipping this place unless there are no better options in Lonavala with superior facilities and...

If anyone wants a beautiful budget friendly property then one must visit Vista room site.My friend suggest me to visit on the site as we were a traveling a trip to Lonavala with cousin group.

We booked Happy Hive by Vistaroom and it turned out to be a best property from any cousin outing we had. Its small yet cosy and comfortable.We had a very welcoming staff and who made sure we our time with out any disturbance but still made sure to be there whenever we needed him -he gave a hassle free service.We enjoyed the pool party we had in the cold water of that pool and barbecue by side. Great place to unwind. The villa is quite spacious. We could easily locate the property. The caretaker was very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. It's kept clean and tidy at all times. The food provided was amazing. Absolutely worth the money spent. I definitely recommend this place to family groups.Happy Hive as its name suggest made also felt really happy as our home for two days. My kids enjoyed the place. Its so relaxing atmosphere here.
