Capital O Aurora Guest House — Hotel in Meghalaya

Rooms are wide and spacious,Some rooms have balconies with scenic views.Bathroom is super clean. Hygene has been maintained in every aspect of this place whether it is food,cleanliness or bed sheets.Food is super tasty but its a little bit costly (Veg thali starts from ₹200).The restaurent is open till 9pm (premises is open all night though).Parking facility is available but it should be systematically managed.Staff is polite & respectful towards you.Wifi is available both at restaurent and rooms (make sure you collect the password from the check in desk).Overall i have found it to be one of the best stays of my entire hotel residing journey till now.i have literally no complaints about it

Just a suggestion to the Hotel Manager/Owner : You can keep wall Fans in every room,its cold anytime but during summers it feels hot so sometimes its needed (global warming is changing weather patterns everywhere)

They are absolutely pathetic in regards to their service, we stayed for three nights. Their toilet seat cover keeps coming down which is extremely inconvenient and for all those three nights we kept on giving them our keys so that they could solve the issue, but after two nights of disappointment when we return on the third night, they confidently tell us that they haven't repaired anything at all...this literally tests my patience as all we requested was a solution and we get nothing else apart from empty words and a towel with some ugly pattern to show us that they did enter the room but did absolutely nothing, so in this regard, I don't think we should be blamed if the toilet cover is thrown out of the window due to...

This Guest house is in the outskirt of Shillong City but on the way to Cheerapunjee, Mawlynong and Dawki. The rooms are comfort and have a good view from the balcony. It is situated in upper Shillong so every time a chill breeze flows through out the year. Guest house staffs are nice and friendly in nature with full support. About the food the food whatever we had everyday a different items have their different and fabulous taste i never appreciate the taste and the quality & quantity of food. Overall i got full value whatever...
