GCC Northside Hotel — Hotel in Mira-Bhayander

I would have given it a negative rating if possible. Please check reviews on facebook before thinking of visiting this place. I had a terrible experience and here goes the story: We checked into a room that had hair on the hand shower and the over head shower was also dirty (I have attached images for the same) as well as the carpets, which haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in who knows how long! We had mosquitoes and a cockroach in the room. Our kettle was used and the room wasn't clean in the sense we had so much dust on everything! Once we complained, the staff showed me three rooms, all with these same housekeeping issues, once confronted about the same the front office associate practically threw three more key cards at me and told the bell boy show her around to these rooms as well. When I tried telling him how rude that was and that I wanted to talk to the manager he said you can't do that. Upon insisting and threatening to call the health inspector on him, he called the duty manager who was out for some personal reasons and made us wait in the lobby for 45 mins. The front office manager did nothing once even after he heard about this, all he did was apologize and promised to yell at the housekeeping manager in front of me as if that would have eased my worries in any way, he didn't even give us a room to shift which was clean! 7. Next day the front office manager had the audacity to tell me to check out on time at 10am and when I said I needed half an hour extension, he said he'd give me a grace time of one hour as if he was doing me some favor! Breakfast was pathetic, orange juice was expired, the pav bhaji and other breakfast items were OK at best! The good part about this hotel was the in room dining, food was really good. They have a good swimming pool at their club, which is 14ft deep, clean and a coach is available. They provide towels and swimming caps along with floaters for those who need it. Great experience.

Gcc northside a very branded name but not at all a reputable hotel due to its staff members. I personally had a very horrible experience in this hotel and would strongly not suggest this to anyone. I was have food poisong in first place due to the food I ate from this hotel and as I was taking rest the room service guy comes to me for clearing the payment so that amount is cleared in their system. I told them I will pay later as I am not well and was on medication and he insisted rudely to pay and I said don't talk like this will come down later and clear and then in matter of 20 mins he cuts my electricity so that I am forced to call him up to clear the payment. When I did call he was acting all funny and infact said if you want you can complain to the manager and to my surprise I could see that there was full support given by the manager in first place. I could have taken this matter to police case for such horrible treatment but chose to pass by because of my health condition.. the staff member are not at all well trained in restuant to take bills and customer service. I wish for everyone to see this review as people should be aware what they are paying for in first place. Also I am sure in feedback they will claim that I booked for 2 separate days but I want everyone to know that it was informed that I will be staying continously for 2 days and will check out on the last day but inspite of this they chose to do this by cutting of electricity and keeping their upper hand to push...
