Vidarbha Vadapav — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

I want to share my personal experience with the owner and you guyz so plz read it full.

I have been eating vidarbha vadapav since lockdown period where i seen a long queue people are eagerly waiting for their turn to have vadapav.

So one day i also go n stand in a queue by thinking it will be the best vadapav in mira road and seriously guyz it was awesome vada pav that i have ever eaten at that time so from lockdown period till date i m regualry eating vidarbha vadapav like if any guest come in house or if there is birthday celebration i have always take samosa and vadapav from here only and at that time onwer of this vadapav center was himself standing and giving his personal attention to the shop at the counter and i have personally meet and given him the appreciation of his vadapav center.

But from last 2 month i m noticing that day by day this vidarbha vadapav taste is going down like the taste which was before and compared to today its like zameen aasman ka farak the vadapav taste is going tasteless from last 2 month i have noticed that vadapav potatoes are raw, masala is not proper and tasteless, besan is also raw, and talk about samosa, samosa is also not fried properly it is also full raw from inside, i have complaint many time to the available person in the shop but no correction and from many months i have not seen the owner of this shop so that i personally give this feedback to him and one day the person who fry and make the vada and samosa he is having such an attitude that he himself is the only shop owner one day i complaint about the vada n samosa that ki bhai toda vada aur samosa acha fry kar liya karo andar se sab kaccha rehta hai so in a rudely way and in attitude way he said ki lena hai lo warna kahin aur jaake le lo.

So my only intention to comment is personally for the owner of this shop that please don't spoil your brand name there are many brands and vadapav centers in the town if your taste gone then customers will buy from other place there are many option in the town it is simple as it is. On a sunday morning after a exhaustive cycling session spotted this eating joint and seeing the name of vidarbha legs turned to it like a magnet. Mere 2 min walk from landmark GCC club(take first left from GCC) its easy to spot. It comes as a simple clean hygenic place serving freshly prepared hot vada pav, samosas, moong bhaji , pakodas tea and soon poha . The Vada pav simply melts in the mouth and the size of vada is easily double of any other place. The vada finishes as soon as its taken out of the pan- so fast is the turnover. Samosa is crispy and served with sweet sour and spicy chutney and is must have for samosa lovers. One USP is moong bhajiya which you rarely get in Mumbai . Its crisp and mouth watering. The joint has been operational since 1972 and you get a warm feeling of Vidarbhian hospitality with the staff which is efficient despite the crowd. To be very honest whenever i feel like eating vada pav i order from Vidarbha only because this is the best vada pav i have ever eaten, speciality about this is the size of vada, taste is superb with all types of chutney and green chilly which i love the most. Today, i ordered vada pav and samosa from zomato and i waited for the parcel to get delivered, however when i got my parcel it was a different one.When i called at Vidarbha the guy whom I spoke with name SUSHIL was very co operative and understanding. He listened to me carefully and even apologized for wht hppned. He promised to get the correct parcel delivered also helped me with the refund.
