The Myriad Hotel — Hotel in Mira-Bhayander

My wife and I stayed here for 3 day, this hotel was a total waste of money. I had booked this hotel for three days and to start with, it had a very bad smell like an old butcher shop when I entered the hotel premises. The room is too small for the price and AC does not work properly (faced the problem in two different rooms we stayed). The sheets were dirty and the room was not clean, the bathroom was okayish. The room was so depressing that we didn’t even want to stay in the room for most of the time. On the last night we stayed there there was a power cut at 3:15 Am and they did not care to inform us or switch us to a different room until I called and enquired about it at 5:30 AM then they switched us to the 3rd floor from second and the AC was not working in that room and in the morning we came back to the old room to get ready for check out and the problem was still not fixed so we had to carry all our luggage to the 3rd floor again(all this with almost an hour of sleep for the whole night). And during check out the receptionist didn’t even care or bother to address the terrible night we had and just asked for my room dining payment, when I addressed it she just justified it saying it was not their fault. My whole day and my business was spoiled because of this. These people do not care about the customers or our experience, all they care about is money. ...

I stayed for 3 days in The Myriad Business Hotel in a deluxe room. My experience was very comfortable here. The room has a well space and was maintained properly. Also the washroom is so clean and hygienic and has a separate area to take a shower or bath. I like the window of my room which was covered with blinds but it gives me a very nice view. The room was very cozy and comfortable and I felt so relaxed there. There are only 2 things which I don't like of this hotel is -

1. They will charge you more if you extend your checkout timings. Like I gave 1500/- for 4 hours.
2. For ordering food they will not easily...

This one star is for ... Saying that they'll didn't have any mocktail only mojito.. wherein they made Is so sour i needed to add a glass of water.. and the IMPORTANT THING it was on 1st January New year day 2024.

I and my daughter was so disappointed that my she couldn't get her mocktail. We belong to a Continental Sous Chef family. Definitely not expecting for a Business class Hotel to do so.
