Kanha Resort — Hotel in Mocha

We booked 6 rooms for our 2 day stay. The plus point is it is budget friendly surrounded by lush greenery and scenic beauty.

You can enjoy on the pool side and they provide you option to play various games the staff is polite.

The negative points however were: Once you check into our rooms till the time you stay there, they are not going to clean your rooms unless you expressly ask for the same. The bedding was dirty and seemed like it wasn't changed for long. They were short on staff so we had to go to the restaurant for our tea, etc. through the water logged passage in heavy rains. Since they denied room service citing shortage of staff. There was Television in every room but none of them worked and nothing happened even after complaining about it. The washrooms were equipped with flushing cisterns but it didn't work in majority of our rooms. We booked a package for our stay so breakfast, lunch and dinner were included in it. So, for our meals we had to take buffet along with various other families, where we could clearly hear them saying to the staff that they have fever and were continuously coughing, so the buffet isn't such a good option in covid...

We had a family trip to Kanha National Park and we stayed at Kanha Resort. It was the best decision to stay here. Our experience was awesome for 4 days and 3 nights. Key points - Rooms are big and spacious, location is great and Resort staff is very courteous. They arranged the safaris as per our requirements and also other room service as and when needed. Amazing food, pure vegetarian and very tasty and prepared fresh always. A real pet friendly resort. We are missing Nyla.

Special mentions - Mr. Sunil Das for an extremely courteous service. Always smiling at any hour of the day. Mr. Shakti for his support with tea when we asked for it. Mr. Lochan for providing very nice food to our pet dog. And last but not the least, a big Thank You to Mr. Pramod who managed everything so nicely and for a very warm hospitality.

The locations of hotels is good at buffer zone of Kanha Jungle.Spacious, neat & clean room. Manager Mr.Sharad ji is also very much cooperative & he is guiding us lot. Foods served by them were excellent & tasty as well as hygienic food.There are lot of things for kids like piano, table tennis, badminton, pool game etc.They offered camp fire at night with karaoke facility which was wonderful experience for us.Just life time memory.Enough parking space.Swimming pool also there with rain dance facilities. All staff are very helpful in nature. One of the best option for stay at Kanha.Please do not give any attention for negative feedback. Perfectly suitable for family stay.
