We booked 2 separate nights at this place through booking.com and then emailed the property to ask if they could assist us with safari bookings. After getting no response, we sent a follow up email, only to be told the the property had no record of our booking and no rooms available.||||When we sent the booking confirmation, we were then told that we would need to deposit 50% of the room cost into their Indian bank account to confirm the booking. This was not condition listed by them on the booking.com site, and likely one that we would never have found out about had we not emailed them. ||||Had we not emailed them, we would have arrived at the property with our booking.com booking confirmations and then been told to go away because our bookings had not been confirmed by the property.||||Needless to say, we did not pay money into their Indian bank account (even if we had wanted to, the international transaction fees and processes would have been too prohibitive, so this request is clearly geared towards ensuring Indian national guests only). Very Bad service......first of all they have given coupons for couples but .....while payment they are not ready to take there own coupons.....these ppl are fraud.....🤬🤬🤬🤬 And one more thing i mean money thy are taking as a 4 star n 5 star resort.....but in the menu of breakfast they have provided RASNA .......i mean so cheap it was .....no fresh juice was available.... And the lady sitting on the billing and restaurant zone was showing kindness and politeness but she was unprofessional.........she was like begging to pay money and not ready to take coupon just to be in the good list of the resort owner.....it was too foolish....n last these ppl are not giving service according to charges.....n no value for others timing........they have taken 2 hr. Read moreSo I had stayed for 15 days in khana and out of that three days I have spent in Kingfisher resort. The staff is so careless and unskilled. They don’t even know how to manage things on time. The manager seems not at all interested in his work. Food is okay and the rooms are worst because in my room on my bed, there was a lizard on the pillow,. I just picked the pillow and it jumped over me and ran under the bed. Lizard poop was all over the room. Nobody actually cares about this.
