Worst Hotel seen in my life.

Worsen were Customer care executives of Fab Hotels. It was my biggest mistake to booking with #fabhotels . Early checkin - 500 rs extra for 2 hours. TV not Working Room is Stinky Blanket / Bedsheets are not dried and stinky. Top on that they charged 500 rs extra for early checkin. (Ok with that provided the stay had comfortable.) In the name of breakfast its 1 butter bread with tea. Size is smaller than you think. Price - 2400 rs per night (Huge) + 500 rs for 2 hour early chekin. (Looting) Customer care executives are worsen, they thrashed guests. So arrogant, rude and abusing. They say, Do whatever you want to do we are like this only.

Had to leave hotel in between as couldn't bear more.

Asked them to refund but they did not accept saying once booked, it can't be canceled.

Fanky websites but Fake Services.

Never ever will book again...

This hotel is few meters away from kandivali railway station in west side and next to a cinema hall. So connectivity wise is a plus.||||Hotel located on a structure which is quite old building and randomly got repaired so from outside it looks almost like haunted house. But there are few stay option available nearby so many patrons are their frequent customer.||||It's a budget option so many customer hardly care about outside condition. ||||Inside condition is average right from rooms, bathrooms, beds & linens.||||Staff is friendly if you pay some tip in advance they'll be super friendly.||||There are many eateries available nearby & they provide room service of food too.||||Continues horns of train are biggest nuisance here which will hardly allow you to sleep unless you are a heavy sleeper.||||Better to avoid...

I booked this hotel for a day. The online booking is successful. But when I approach hotel for check-in, they denied check-in, saying all rooms are occupied and you need to contact customer care. I contacted customer care they booked another hotel and same thing happened. How ever I raised a refund and got another stay (without online booking this time) But how they can do like this. I have travelled alone, what if I travel with my family. Things like this will disturb our plans and internery we planned. Utter nonsense. I suggest pls don't have hopes on hotel bookings. Careful if you are travelling...
