Sarovar Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

The Worst worst worstest Experience ever with this kind of Hotel. Food Quality 65 to 70 out if 100. But Service from Waiter and his Head and Cashier it's 0 out of 100.😤 I don't know why I choose the Hotel. I Ordered Punjabi food with Naan, it's been 3/4 min. Hardly the Naan which served is totally been cool not even Warm. I asked to Waiter name is SHIV KUMAR for this he's not even concern to change it, but just gave Bulshits reason and ran away, I was not done at that moment. Secondly, While Billing I complaint the same to Cashier name is DAMODAR, he told me that I have to ask for another one, I explained that he was just disappeared within in 1.30/2.00 minutes. Mr. Damodar informed me that might be he was busy with another customer so I have to ask him to change. Is it the HOSPITALITY.? I asked his Name but refused to te me finally I went to Management team who was having Dinner at that time and Asked about it. I don't think so both of them have proper Definition of Customer Satisfaction..... I didn't received my Receipt even, Damodar refused to provide and Finally I asked for My Bill with Paid Stamp. Never ever wanna Visit to this Hotel in any Condition.

If you guys need proof for all I have Bill as well as the Footage around 11.45PM.

Hotel Sarovar.. Serving as a restraunt since decades.. They also have their own roof top space which they provide for various occasions... Right here I m talking about the restraunt... Food is very tasty.. If you are a pav bhaji lover den you can definitely try one over here... Punjabi and Chinese is also good... They have two different sections... Non AC on ground floor and AC is in underground... Sunday it is crowded and I'm weekdays u can easily find a table to sit... It is outside Kandivali Railway Station... Which is the best part for those who are more traveling by train or it is a good place to sort for short span of time if u wanna catch a train... After or before havin anything... Parking is also available outside it... Now what I don't like about this place is staff.. They need to be trained properly... Plates are not so clean... Their service is not so good... Service needs to...
