I recently stayed at Hotel Crystal Castle, and overall, my experience was quite pleasant.

One of the worst hotel and staff ever. I booked this hotel for stay on 17th and 18th July 2025 but maybe I forgot my id proof there today I visited again to check whether by id is there or not but the reception guy was very very rude. He shouted alot on me and didn’t check also whether my id is there or not and not ready to share feedback also. I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone and if someone asks me i will make sure that I’ll share very very bad experience of mine. Nonsense...
