Hotel Heraa International - Grant Road — Hotel in Mumbai

This was the worst stay experience ever. First of all the rooms are smaller than you could ever imagine there isn't enough space to even keep luggage and stuff. This is the very first time I have experienced such ill manured staff who have shown zero percent professionalism since the very start. Worst experience ever, neither would we ever visit back nor we would recommend anyone to stay here. Unknown. I only looked at room (good) and asked price (2500 asking walk-in). But the hotel in this location is now called 'Hotel Heera International'. Either this is a popular name among (Muslim-operated?) hotels, or this business group has several locations. I verified with front desk. This is indeed the Itsy Hotel.

I asked to see a windowless room. Very clean and had a big bed. Elevator and stairs (two flights up).

The worst part is the entrance (easy to miss) - behind some sheds, thought tight corridor and up by scary staircase or very old lift. It all ends when you enter. The staff is very nice and helpful. They even provided us with a temporary room to get some sleep as we arrived way too early. Everything was also spotless clean.
