Hotel O Blue Pearl Residency Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport — Hotel in Mumbai

If you are student, go stay there...if you can afford more, stay away from all hotels that are in the Sakinaka to Ghatkopar best...All are the Same. I have stayed earlier at Zee Residency. I must have forgotten that experience that I made the mistake of booking a 4 day stay at Blue Pearl (bang opposite). The only benefit is Metro Station and also you can't find anything at this price in Mumbai. Day 1: Too many monster fliers in my room Stinking bathroom No place to hang clothes in the bathroom Day 2: Monster Flies Attack as if its their fight for survival. I call the staff to kill them up...they respond with one battery operated rackets. They are at it for 15 mins and then slip out. I have to get the racket again myself and am working on killing those. They are endless. One hotel staff comes to my rescue and puts me through a room change. A much better room. I am anyways desperate for my stay to get over. Day 3: I return in the evening. My room is made up. I go the bathroom and find droplets of URINE on the SEAT. People who cleaned the room Peed without lifting the SEAT. I ask a guy to come and clean. It seems he was the one. At 8 there is a blackout. Others guests in the corridor were walking with candles straight out of 'Kahin Deep Jale Kahin Dil'. No electricity for an hour. We booked 2 rooms for 5 family members from oyo rooms.I called them 3 times and told We will arrive by 1 am(at night n asked them to keep rooms ready.But when we arrived ,manager told that only a single room is available and said sorry.I was left with no other option.We all had to stay in a single room.The room was full of rats bz of whom we could not sleep even for a single minute.Next day we asked for dinner at night 8 pm.And called them 10 times but sadly dinner was given literally after 2 hours.||Moreover washroom had holes on its roof through which any1 can see inside..(INSECURE)|| I called oyo rooms after 2 days as I had no intention of spoiling my mood.See what oyo people said 4 times :||1ST TIME t:: Sorry Sirrrr..,U were given 2 rooms only.I ASKED THEM PLZ SEE CAM FOOTAGE||2ND TIME::We had chat with our ground team,they said U only asked them to give 1 room.||3RD TIME:WE CANT REFUND UR MONEY,SORRY.|| Let me tell you:This is a lodge n very unsecure place.The guys are thieves,looters and lyers.They r not even human.Their lodge is a KABOOTER-KHANA....|| *BOOK AT...

one of the worst hotel very dirty while booking online through OYO customer support booked my hotel room for 2 people me and my friend and i paid online for same and they said you room is classic with tv, intercom, ac but when I visited the hotel room one of the worst nightmare it was room was very small with one bed with dirty and torned bedsheets no TV no WiFi, no intercom when I complained about the bedsheet and room to the hotel staff he said sir white hai bedsheet toh ganda toh hoga hi and he said this is the room u booked we can't change after complaint to customer support they gave us big room which was also in very bad condition i really recommend don't book hotel through online through unless and until u check ur room by yourself else u will waste ur money I'm really very disappointed 😡😡😡 all positive reviews on Google is fake or staff and owner own people generated within 2-3 days I'll share video also i have full room video with...
