1:-The hotel's STAFF was attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, which greatly enhanced my exploration of the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ARNNA HOTEL , and I must say it was an overall delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The hotel's central location was a major plus, as it allowed easy access to the city's main attractions and transportation hubs.

Upon entering my room, I was struck by its modern design and impeccable cleanliness. The room was tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The comfortable king-sized bed with plush pillows provided the perfect respite after a long day of exploring the city.

One of the highlights of the room was the spectacular view from the large window. The sight of the city skyline and twinkling lights at night was truly mesmerizing, adding an extra touch of magic to my stay.

We had a fantastic city view from our club room, king size bed, study table, tea table with premium sofa seating and huge clean bathroom with bath tub! Well trained, welcoming and polite staff. Easy check in check out process. They have inhouse restaurant which serves lipsmacking and quality food. Breakfast buffet included with room is absolutely worth! Hub mall is at a walking distance from the hotel also the place is well connected with the various travel routes and modes. During my delightful 2 months-long stay at Arnna Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional staff and services. The team, consisting of Sirin, Sanjit, Mustafa, Shariq, Sanika, Etlus, Prajakta, Rahal and everyone exhibited excellence and cooperation beyond my expectations. They understood and fulfilled my requests with enthusiasm. The food was also quite enjoyable, and the staff was always willing to cater to individual preferences.
