An absolute horrendous experience! I have been there twice, and the experience kept getting worse.

The atmosphere is nothing extraordinary, it's just like any other local coffee shop.

The service for food is extremely slow. I had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for a sandwich. When I try to get my coffee changed, the first explain that how the coffee is made and how it is supposed to be. I don't want to know how it is made and all, I just want it better! Then they will ask me to have another coffee, in lieu of making that one better.

Moving on to eatery and drinks, horrible is an understatement. The coffee's are costly, and keeping the taste of those drinks in minds, they should not even be 1/4th of the price. They have limited options firstly. Secondly, They're Vietnamese Cold Brew is very sweet, Iced Latte is ideally supposed to have decent amount of milk with coffee and ice, but what they served was a glass full of water, 4 cubes of ice, coffee, and probably just 10 ml of milk. They are bad at customising drinks too. I asked them to make their cold coffee strong, chilled, and thick. They made it thick, room temperature, and milky. I asked them to change it, they made it chilled, milky, with a watery texture. Then I asked them to change it again, they said making it stronger won't let you sleep. Well, I know what my sleep routine is, and I know how strong my coffee should be. Food, is decent, but costly compared to its taste. Food is served warm, not hot, and is very average.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this café absolutely deserves one. I accidentally left my bag here, and when I returned the next day, I was overwhelmed to find it safely kept, untouched and waiting for me. In a world where it's easy to lose faith in honesty, the incredible staff here reminded me of the goodness that still exists.

Not only is the coffee delicious and the ambiance cozy and welcoming, but what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff are some of the most humble, honest, and loyal individuals I’ve ever met. When I asked how I could repay their kindness, they simply smiled and said, “Just leave us a review.” No demands, no fuss—just genuine goodness.

This café isn’t just a place to grab a drink—it’s a reminder that integrity and kindness still live in everyday places. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. I’ll be back—not just for the coffee, but for the beautiful souls who make this place so special.

Totally disappointed with Blue tokai's Goregaon branch, lacks comfortable seating options. Please increase more tables and seats for your customers inside the cafe. Those high chairs are extremely uncomfortable to have a meal on. The staff at this outlet is extremely cold, no basic civics sense while taking orders. Im repeating my orders five times but the lady taking my order is lost somewhere looking on the screen and was absolutely absent minded. The cleaning staff takes away the plates without asking and didn't let me finish. I love Blue tokai cafe and it's my favourite place to hang out and chill. But things like these make me and the experience extremely bitter. Atleast tell your staff to be at their most present while taking orders and have the courtesy to repeat.
