OYO Hotel Galaxy Residency Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport — Hotel in Mumbai

I booked a 3 star hotel and then I was allotted one star hotel after certain discussion and assurance about good quality. Even the relationship manager who was assigned to address my concerns did not respond positively. However I relied and went with it considering the limited time. ||Hotel was literally pathetic. ||I was to given free wifi, breakfast and pick & drop – NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE/GIVEN ~they even charged separately for morning hot drink. Room very badly maintained, hairs on the bed, insects in drinking water etc. and when it was highlighted to the concerns available – an arrogant response!! ||Even the MakeMyTrip people could not help. Being a wanderer I was earlier booking from Goibibo then Cleartrip and first time booked from MMT and learnt a lesson to not book...

From the pictures it looks like a good hotel - but it's not. At least not as good as the pictures say. The front is not at all that inviting, and the picture above here is poorly editet with some plants (lol) in front. But I guess you get what you pay for here. The staff didn't speak English, and was just rude. Laughing and just not being helpful at all. The rooms were okay, but the bathroom was dirty and not very delicate, with only cold water, at least in our room. It was okay for one night stay, but I wouldn't recomend staying much longer. We also made it clear that we were three people coming to stay, but we got a tiny room with one double bed. Also no windows, for those who...

I went to meet my friends for 3 days and since I would be in hotel for max 3-4 hours during night, i thought of booking average hotel. But trust me this the worst hotel. First of all you will not be able to locate this hotel at all. It is in the middle of a slum. Rooms are dirty and bathroom Yuck!! I was not able to stand there for 1 hour. I called up my friend and left the place. Although i had to loose 2 day charges as i was cancelling on the spot. Never ever...
