Super OYO Hotel Palace Inn Near Don Bosco (Borivali) Metro Station — Hotel in Mumbai

I don't normally leave reviews, but this hotel was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke – and this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong it gave me a headache within minutes.

It only got worse. The bathroom didn’t even have a functioning flush tank. That’s right – the toilet didn’t flush at all, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. When I informed the front desk, they seemed uninterested and offered no solution.

The room itself was in an absolutely filthy, shabby condition. The room and bedsheets were totally unwashed, unclean, damp and musty, and there was visible dust and grime in every corner. The bed? Totally unusable. The mattress was sagging, stained, and clearly ancient. Sleeping on it was impossible.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even for a night. Spend your money elsewhere. This hotel needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down entirely. Actually this is a dormitory and not hotel. Please don't even book this even...

I stayed in this hotel from 5th July to 9th July. On the check-in day i reached a little late and asked him if he can give me another room and the answer was a strict NO. i told him to check if he can check and give me a different room later to which he said all rooms are full. My room was in the entrance and i thought it will be clean and well maintained. worst thing is you have to tell them if you need housekeeping and if you need fresh towels. on the Friday i had a new nuisance of big flies in the room i killed almost 15 of them and every time i asked them to clean the room. room is not quiet as you will get noise from the main road. person on the reception will play bhojpuri songs loud so that you will have a pleasant experience. one night there were some goons who were swearing out loud in marathi specially mumbai type gaalis. so overall i had a very...
