CUSTOMER FLEECING 😤😤😤😠- is all this joint does ...looting their customers .

Small qty - big prices 🧐🤨😡 Tonight we ordered veg combo-1 from the restaurant for dinner today ( comprises of veg fried rice - half / veg hakka noodles- half and veg Manchurian gravy ( 10 pcs) which has been costing Rs 300/- .Order was placed on call directly at restaurant and it was informed by my husband that he will do the payment through gpay . The delivery person who previously delivered again called us twice for directions to the house despite already mentioning it during placing order .

When the order arrived , we were handed over bill of Rs 420/- and on questioning the delivery guy he said maybe you have old menu card .call was made to the restaurant re- confirm and we were told rates are hiked which wasn't informed to us during booking .The balance payment was made again but this is sheer fleecing your customers.

The new rate card sent to us on WhatsApp post order delivery mentions price hike was done in May '23 so is this not duty of the booking person to inform the customer that the price has been hiked ??

Most importantly...which food joint hikes the food costs by 40% when industry norm is always...

Food is very good no doubt for it but the staff here needs more and more training for handling customers whenever i have to order food i have to make at least 10 calls and then after 1 hour i have to make another 10 calls to ask where my order is . And they say it's on the way and after half hour again i have to call them and then they dispatch my order from the hotel . Everytime i have to complain about the fried noodles they charge extra Rs.10 for it and don't send it in the parcel bag then we have to call the hotel and then they will send it after we finish our food . I can understand due to lockdown and increase in customers this can happen but not everytime . These guys think they have more customers now so they can do whatever they want. I once said them i won't order again from your hotel and they said ok don't order . This behavior can not...

Aaradhya, even though a small place, packs in a lot of flavours. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant in the bylanes of Gorai has been our comfort food take away for quite some time now.

The best part about their food is that it's not oily. They don't overdo with their chinese flavours and condiments which help in digesting and enjoying the food thoroughly.

Another brownie point for them is their portion size. One full portion is more than enough for 2 people and a little more. The prices are quite cheap and they are easy on the pocket. In short, a budget friendly...
