Treebo Anam International — Hotel in Mumbai

Our experience at Anam was way below average. The staff is untrained to say the least. The staff wanted to do excessive ID checking. When we had non-Indian guests, they wanted to see the OCI too which seemed excessive to us. Some of the rooms we had booked had a very unpleasant odor. They did not do much to fix this for us. There was a RAT INFESTATION in the ceiling of one of the rooms. They offered us a smaller room in exchange, but that one had a bad odor too! Every night around 4 we were woken up by a large group of people talking loudly and stomping up and down the stairs! Lastly we were told breakfast was for free. But on the before our last day, we were charged for breakfast for the previous days. So we decided not to eat at the hotel. However one of our guests ate at the hotel itself and went to pay on finding out about this new information. When she went to pay the guy at the breakfast hall, he said breakfast was included. So she asked the rest of us to go eat. And once we had eaten, the guy at the reception asked for a payment for breakfast. This was an absolute SHITSHOW! There is no clarity among the staff about what’s included and what’s not. When the guy from the breakfast hall and the reception guy were confronted together, there was no response or proper apology. Book at Anam only if you want to stay with Rats, have unpleasant odor, be woken up every night by random groups of people and be a victim of daylight robbery by the staff due to miscommunication without...

Worst hotel ever visited... In a city like Mumbai.

The rooms are not even worth of Rs. 2000/-, they charged us Rs. 6000/-

Bathrooms sometimes could be stink - but to our unpleasant surprise even the entire room was stinking and there was really weird dirty smell.

For solutions, we had to call room service - 2 times over the call and 2 times we had visit reception.

Bed spreads, bed covers were not changed and were left as it was used by last guest for us.

Towels given were yuck, there were traces of cigarettes and blood marks.

Bathroom taps was leaking from side wards and bathroom camod was also shaking badly.

The food items here, were totally opposite to what we had ordered.

Butter nann didn't have butter it was completely dry.

Chicken grills was filled with only skinny bones, there was hardly any meat on it.

Fried rice which was served seems to be stale.

In addition to this, food serving people don't have manner to speak to ladies.

Seeing all this, we decide to vacate it in 4 hour, even though we paid the amount for 1 day and 1 night..

Would never recommend this hotel to any one, zero stars - highly decieving images of hotel rooms and Staff....
