Hotel imperial — Hotel in Mumbai

The staff were generally respectful and courteous, but the head of staff was rude, ill-mannered and impolite. We arrived two hours earlier than the scheduled timing. The hotel staff allowed us to check in and they did not make it clear beforehand that they will charge us extra for this. At the time of check out, the main guy (head) started to arguing with us to pay the extra money (Rs 1,000) for early check-in. He also deliberately called us half an hour late than the scheduled check out timing to use it as an excuse and act like an victim in front of us. In essence, we experienced lack of discipline, integrity and politeness from the staff which is necessary for the better customer experience in any field...

Pathetic Place. We booked the room 20 days in advance yet they had no room for us when we arrived. We were shifted to another hotel with downgraded room. The room was very unhygienic and had cockroach in the room. This was not it, mid of the night we saw anta on our bed.
