Krishna Palace Hotel - Rooms | Restaurants | Banquets — Hotel in Mumbai

Today I though of visiting the banquet of this hotel for my sister's engagement, but the service was so disaster where the people out there don't know how to deal with a guest nor they give a shot about it (I guess they are generating lot of business) Even after talking to the reception they didn't come back to me for next 15 minutes and post that when I walked upto them, their answer was we are limited in crowd and only one guy is available to deal with the banquet query and he is busy with someone else. (Atleast they could have showed me the hall for the time being when he was busy) which they didn't had courtesy to do so and nor had an courtesy to atleast keep me inform on the same. But even after me walking to them they made me wait for another 15 min and that's where I lost my patients and left after no one attending for next half an hour. I feel bad that I'm even rating them 1 star which they don't even deserve, there should be something I can rate in minus. Though I'm from the local area itself. Trust me a normal banquet would deal in a better way compare to them, way disgusting. They didn't lose a client but even a business as I'm a wedding planner and that not I've dealt with any hotel from past one decade. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACES RATHER THEN THIS WORTHLESS HOTEL, IF THIS IS THE SERVICE FOR A WALK-IN CLIENT, I DOUBT HOW THEY WOULD BE...

The location and the comfort of the hotel is impeccable.

Although I must say that the management is very poor. And no action has been taken since past 2-3 years about the same as the owners do not seem to care how will their customers will be managed post making respective reservations.

I speak with a personal experience as I have constantly made booking at this property due to convenience of a stay closely to my residence over the time.

Their tone of business is absolutely unprofessional and rude towards customers when the current situation does not fall in their favour. As deceiving as they are the management will strive to not resolve the problem and get rid of the booking instead without giving a damn because they are almost fully booked because of the property being in a prime location and has been working in the their favour for the very same reason.

It is high time strict action is taken towards the management.

Would advice travellers and young adults with zero bullshits tolerance to avoid this property as the management will definitely piss you off with their...

Had the worst experience staying there for multiple reasons: I had to wait for more than 2 hours to check-in. Despite of group check-outs happened. The front desk guy 'Mahesh' had changed my room twice coz he didn't know which room to allocate. Seems pretty u professional and junior guy Mostly guests asks hotel reception or travel desk for local markets, eateries etc. When i asked it from Ms. Fariya (another front desk executive). She said rudely, sir why don't u just google it, i have other things to do. The room service was not good. Basically for 2 reasons - 1. Delay in service 2. They weren't sure what things can be given to guests e.g. moisturizer cream, dental kit and slippers were only for suite guest not for executive category. So shocking, these are basic amenities. For checkout Ms. Fariya started making calls since 10:30 in the morning. She was rude too. Hotel guests were not supposed to go to the nightclub.
