Hotel Kalpana Palace — Hotel in Mumbai

I recently had a disappointing experience at Kalpana hotel with a small rooms. It was not just the size of the rooms that left a lot to be desired, but also the lack of basic amenities.

Firstly, the rooms were much smaller than what was advertised on the hotel's website. It felt cramped and uncomfortable for two people to stay in such confined spaces. There was barely enough room to move around.

To make matters worse, the hotel did not even offer a complimentary water bottle in the room. This is a standard amenity that is expected in most hotels, and the absence of it was a letdown. We had to purchase water from the hotel's overpriced, which added to our already growing frustration.

Overall, my experience with these small, water bottle-less rooms left me with a negative impression of the hotel. It's essential for hotels to meet basic expectations, and this one fell short in terms of room size and amenities. I would not recommend staying there to anyone seeking comfort and convenience...

I visited the venue to book my employee stay . . Was waiting for confirmation from OYO as it was taking time . . The bald person may be the manager treated as I was a beggar sitting in his lobby . . Started insulting by speaking to receptionist about my booking. . To the bald person I want to say u simple . . Because of our money u are feeding ur family . . So respect the person entering into the hotel premises . . Learn how to be humble to the customers . . My booking was already done by the receptionist humble gesture. . Seeing u I feel like cancelling the booking . . I would have done that . . We booked our room here for a day it was very nice to stay here. Though room was small as we cant expect more than this in mumbai but it was ok. Very neat and clean, good staff. Well behavior. It's checkout time is 11am. But as our train was in the mid night we kept our luggage in their store room for the rest of the day. We roam mumbai and returned to the hotel at 10to collect our luggage. As our train was delayed so thy allow us to wait in their reception area. Also the staff treated us very nicely. Thy served us water and also allowed us to use their washroom for refreshment. All this I never expected in mumbai. I really appreciate and recommend to stay here. U...
