Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop - Vashi, Navi Mumbai — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

On 17th April 8:38pm I ordered few pastries and brownie from Theobroma Nerul via Zomato. Before placing order I wrote my instructions that I want the brownie heated. On a previous occasion they had sent me cold brownie. Anyone who has had Theobroma's Millionaire Brownie knows that it has caramel inside it and it shouldn't be served cold. Nobody can eat cold hard caramel brownie. But they didn't follow my instructions. If they cannot follow instructions they shouldn't accept my order. They can reject it. Today 18th April 11:09pm I again ordered millionaire brownie via Zomato and before placing order like the day before I gave my instructions. This time to be sure I even called the restaurant and gave instructions. Yet again they blatantly ignored my instructions and sent cold brownie. This is basic customer service they have to provide. They charge extra for packing and delivery.. the least they can do is follow how I want it to be delivered. My microwave isn't working and hence I requested them to heat the brownies before sending. I tried on gas stove and ended up burning the brownie and had to throw them. I request Theobroma to take action against the staff present at the above given dates with...

Food safety issue - I took out a paneer chilli roll at 11.00 pm at night from the vashi store with a few other things, at home when I got to having it was stinking.. went back to the store and got my money back.. but when I spoke to the store manager what I understood was that they were keeping the food at +20* temp and then claiming 1 day shelf life for paneer and chicken which is not possible.. I tried to educate ur team that anything perishable which is meat or milk based has to stored at 2* 4* celcius for claiming that shelf life but they werent aware.. I would love to come back and have it but only if u r able to get basic food safety measures inplace and tell ur quality guys to please get this in control. Hope u listen to ur customers and let me know if you plan to take action so that I can restart purchasing this at ur store I would have had this atleast more than a dozen times during late hours after I come back from work till now touch wood not had food poisoning yet.

Theobroma has always had a special place in my heart ❤️ But today when I visited the Kharghar branch I was disheartened with the staff there.

So I ordered for Tiramisu Cup wherein they packed and gave me a RedVelvet Pastry And the person at the counter was not at all attentive...I had to ask several times for the amount which was to be paid . And again had to go back for exchange wherein again no wodden cutlery was provided along with it The whole staff is least interested in attending customers and ignorant too

The food is no doubt 10/10 But quite disappointed with client servicing staf and will rate 0/10 They can do...
