Hotel Almora near Delhi Airport — Hotel in New Delhi

Had prebooked 2 delux rooms about 15 days prior to the stay date directly with the number provided on Google which was apparently their owner's, had done confirmation multiple times within those days; however, when we reached to check-in the reception personel says they have not received any information on the same. This lack of communication between the staff went on for the rest of our stay. We had informed the morning shift staff that we would require our rooms to be cleaned and to provide extra blankets given it was cold in Delhi in Feb 2024; again on reaching the hotel at night after a whole day of sightseeing, the reception staff mentions nonchalantly that the morning staff did not inform them anything, and provided us with only one blanket mentioning that they did not have any more blankets available, we were pretty annoyed and to add to it, they had not cleaned any of our rooms, they were as we had left them in the morning.

The breakfast area for the hotel is not inside and one has to walk to a different building (about 5 min walk) where again the service is very slow. Also there is no kettle provided in the room.

The rooms are spacious tho and the only reason we stayed here was the proximity to the Delhi airport, however, given such poor services I would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially people on...

A very affordable place near airport although getting there is a little bit tricky. It's a bit away from main road. Rooms are of reasonable size and clean. Bathroom is ok with basic toiletries. They do provide bathroom slippers which is rare for budget hotels.Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Front desk is very welcoming. The hotel is relatively new so there are some issues. Resturant is just for namesake but room service does compensate for it. Breakfast is on order and just okay. No telephone facility to call outside numbers or receive calls to room although the front desk does offer their own mobile phone to make and receive calls. Something I didn't like is the placement of room Ac. Its throws cold air right at your head. It's the old type of ac and you might wake up in the morning with a frozen head😁. Cancelled the booking due to rude behavior on call. Book this hotel if you don't have your self-respect. I booked this hotel for tomorrow & right now I'm on the way to delhi. I called at the Hotel just to confirm the booking because I booked the hotel in November. The person on the phone was talking very rudely. I asked for the pick up from Old delhi station and drop at night to the airport. I said we'll talk about the drop later and hung up the call. Than I called again and said don't send anybody for the pick up also. The person on the call started yelling at me. I said I was just confirming that you don't send anybody tomorrow. He said "han ap confirm nahi pareshan kr rhe ho samjhe." Am I staying there for free? Fir this is the behavior of your staff before stay. Than I can imagine your services .. Idiotic attitude...
