I recently stayed at Hotel Empire Suites in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, and it was a delightful experience from the moment we walked in. Mr. Virat's warm welcome with a genuine smile instantly made us feel at home. I didn't like the services over there. First we have to wait for checking in the room though we have already arrived late by one hour. The room must be prepared but no we had to wait. And then they gave us the room with blocked drainage. All the water from the washbasin was coming out. It was so disgusting. So again we had to change the room.
