Hotel Lakshmi palace — Hotel in New Delhi

Becareful. I booked through Make my trip for 4 nights with family but they don't say the room number while booking They will give the room whatever they wish Old window AC but cool well Jithu Bhai is alrounder. He is the only person respond max. He also asks money behalf of all his gang Counter manager Rahul little introvert and little rude Room boy Suraj telling lie whatever you ask If there is any issue they blame one to another Water always getting empty. We have to call and ask the water While vacating Rahul call and ask customer come and meet once before vacating room even our bill is completely clear Without permission they enter room when we went out. No locks to cupboard or side drawers Full of tension because of their confusing behaviour Even though I paid More than Rs.400/- tips overall Even I booked and paid 4 nights Rahul asking again and again wether u booked 3 nights or 4 nights. Why he can't see in make my trip I don't know Hotel located in very congested place...

Don't be fooled by their pictures. Their rooms look nothing like what they show in the pictures. The rooms are of poor standard, low quality items and furniture. You will not feel you are entering something nearly close to what you might be paying, the rooms look like a ₹500 jugaad stay.

The bathrooms too are pathetic, dirty and look like public bathrooms not hotel bathrooms.

I was amazed that their telephone didn't work. It was such a task contacting the reception for small things and add to it their non functional elevator for making your stay as discomfortabke...

This is worst hotel I ever visit this is something not expecting to me to visit a worst place in my life I will not suggest to go there anymore the staff is asking for extra money and the shouting to the guest and my.famliy too and there is female staff also she is going abusing to us .. A very very big no to.this property .. staff is aboused there guest .....
