Hotel Peridot — Hotel in New Delhi

Its just ok ok types ! Dont expect too much before coming to stay here. The hotel is located in a kind of sub-urban area which is near the IGI - Terminal 1(Domestic). So it is convenient for people who want to quickly check-in to some hotel for a short duration before starting off for their further journey. Around the hotel, there are plenty of facility shops for necessary things, medicals, ATMs etc. There are even plenty of other hotels in the same area which you might like to check before booking...

The room needed to be cleaned, plenty of ants and hairs on the floor (ants on the bed) No hot water. We asked them to book a taxi for us at 4.30 am to the airport. They told us that it will cost 300 rs (double of Uber) we agreed. At 4.30 there was no taxi. We waited for 10 min and ended up taking an Uber by themselves. Extremely disappointed with the reception service during my recent stay. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns.
