Hotel The Pacific Suites Mahipalpur — Hotel in New Delhi

The good reviews they have on google and other sites are most probably paid reviews. Do not visit this hotel under any circumstances. This is one of the most pathetic hotels in Mahipalpur. There are many other better hotels in the area. The staff is outright rude and bound to cheat you if you don't pay attention. They have charged me more than the booking. Com charges and claim it is GST. But ideally booking. Com is already charging you the GST. They cheat you and speak to you very rudely. There is no housekeeping service in the if your staying there for more than 1 day, your room will remain uncleaned for till u vacate the room. The food is over priced. They will tell you their kitchen is open 24x7 but you will not get half the things on their menu and they will not allow you to bring outside food. The toilets don't have proper plumbing and hence the bathroom don't get water during certain intervals. Flushs don't work properly. And if you are staying at a room near the lift, the music will harass you for the entire night. During checkout please check your bills and ask for a proper breakup of bills. They provide fake charges and don't even provide water during your stay. My suggestion there are many other better hotels in the area go there and don't even take a chance to stay in this pathetic place that cheats it's guest and threatens them. The name of the hotel on booking sites is different and they won't even give you a bill unless you insist on it, and the name on the bill will be different. This is a unsafe place to be with so...

An absolute disgrace and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked at pacific suites and they took us to another hotel down the street. The staff are incompetent and rude. The pictures advertised are NOTHING like the actual rooms they give you (see attached). There are holes in the sheets, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, half opened bottles of water…I could go on. The reviews on Google are from friends and family and also a ton of fake reviews if you actually look into it. So many generic names on the reviews who have only done a one of two in the past conveniently. They also didn’t pick us up for the airport as agreed prior to arriving in Delhi so we were stuck trying to get an Uber. It really is a absolute shambolic mess of a hotel. 0/10. I would rather sleep on the street next to the hotel with the stray dogs than in these rooms. Whilst here there were also two other people complaining of the same issues we were having none of which were dealt with. The staff were actually smiling when we were complaining that the rooms weren’t anything like the pictures promised. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!! DON’T TRUST THE OTHER REVIEWS which are 100% fake. The room shown in the photos is not the same as the one provided. The square footage/square meters listed in the description is also far from accurate, not even half of what was promised.

At check-in, they claimed this was the only room available. Additionally, they added an 18% charge as tax to the price shown on the listing. When I showed them that booking.com had already included this tax in my price, they insisted it was their "platform fee."

It turns out all the photos are fake.

At check-in, they promised to give me a bigger room the next day. However, when I followed up the next morning, they said they didn’t have one available.

The hygiene was also poor. I was told that turning on the geyser would provide enough hot water for two buckets, but in reality, it was only half a bucket. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get half a bucket more.

At night, there was no water at all. I called them, and they said they would take a look. Twenty minutes passed, and still no water. I called them again, and after a total of 40 minutes, the water finally came.

In short, this place gives off a scammy vibe. Avoid it...
