HOTEL YASH PALACE — Hotel in New Delhi

I recently stayed at this property with my wife. I wanted to share some observations about our experience.

First, I would like to commend the location near Aerocity and IGI Airport in Delhi. I also appreciate that the property is just a short walk from the main road, accessible by car, and that you offer parking facilities. In addition, the entrance and lobby are quite spacious.

Ms. Kalyani provided a warm welcome and her behavior was lovely and well-mannered, creating a homely atmosphere with the best service. Ms. Prema was polite and soft-spoken, which I greatly appreciated at reception. Additionally, Mr. Khush, the owner, was very helpful. I booked my room through him, and when I met him personally at checkout, he was very nice and offered assistance and guidance.

They are extending their property, and after that, they will install an elevator. The property currently has rooms up to the first floor. Room sizes are big, and bathrooms are neat and clean with all facilities. They serve good quality food. Near this hotel, many restaurants are available, and car hire is available at the hotel. Generally I do not write review but I had to write so that other won’t get scammed or cheated. I am not sure how so many people rated this property good either the reviews are fake or I had a bad day with this hotel.I booked the room thru booking dot com so when I reached the hotel they said no booking is there and later said to cancel the booking. So on the spot they charged me more money and gave pathetic room which we changed twice during the 2 days. Just be careful while booking the room. It shows that you are booking in YASH PALACE hotel but when you reached to hotel they will checkin to the room in HUNMANTA PALACE which is their older properly which is absolute pathetic.All day their staff keep smoking cigarette in the corridor so your room just smell disgusting.WIFI just name sake , it does not work. For 1 hr there was no water in the bathroom and during our stay their power went off twice. If you’re with family or couple just avoid this hotel, it’s just a recommendation. I happen to hear the interview of one guest speaking highly about this hotel Yash Palace which made me browse this hotel, though i had shortlisted 4 hotels and made calls to different hotels to get back to me with a video calls of their rooms, none got back accept for Mr. RAJAT manager of Hotel Yash who got back to me with the latest video of the rooms and also offered airport pick.up drop and sight seeing which other hotels did not provide.

My stay was recent ie 19th oct till 20th oct, 2025

Mr. Rajat is a very helpful and understanding manager with a pleasing personality who arranged us us a comfortable stay compared to the other staff who was on morning shift.

The hotel is very good rooms are very spacious for a big fly and close by too for sightseeing.

Except that the restaurant menu is highly priced and the hotel cleanliness esp the lounge area ie the floor, steps and the corriders needs to be mopped every now and then due to dust.

Overall the hotel is excellent and safe too since we were just 3 ladies.
