OYO Hotel Marina — Hotel in New Delhi

The hotel even does not deserve one star, pathetic service, Thanks to #Oyo that I along with my sisters spent a horrible night there. What you get in this hotel. Hotel receptionist will welcome you by saying ... Dear Guest you came suddenly !!.. then When you got to your room, you will not find water, remote control of TV, AC, Towels in place, what more water crisis...They never know that water tank is finished...also you will not get any delicious food here!!! Yes you can order from Fasoos..but from where you will get the plates?? You will love to eat in broken plates provided by hotel staff... Few more interesting facts ... The hotel staff can make you fool by not providing yours room's original key!! Want some more...Hotel staffs shout and argues with gals... !!! Never ever go with family if you really want a pleasant stay.... Only the plus point is Tea with out Sugar :) how come...either they serve over sweet tea or diabetic tea... SIghhh....There are lot to write but absolutely lack of time... But the location is good and IGI Airport is only 10 minutes far... a cab will take only 80 to 90 Rs....

Unfortunately I do not have pics of actual premise and also it was full of cockroaches too.....there were no curtains...

Stayed at this hotel on Nov-13-2018 and the only plus for this hotel is its location. Worst maintained rooms and linens. We had spotted a tiny rat in our room and it was fun playing with the rat the whole night without sleep. The location is the curse as well. Since it’s close to highway road, too much disturbance from vehicle noise and honk sounds throughout the night. If you wish to refresh and leave, you can lodge there. It’s not...

I stayed here to catch a morning flight from IGI. The room which i stayed got lot of ants & A/C work good for 1-2 hrs than it just running without cold air; might be the staff turned it off from master control panel. Make sure during your stay check especially for A/C. The towels they gave us was not in good condition. However, the front desk staff and tea maker guy were good. The price which I paid this hotel deserve for...
