My hotels rating are based on below points. ⭐ For Hotel Location ⭐ For Room appearance ⭐ For service ⭐ For Food ⭐ For Electronics

⭐ Hotel is located on the main road towards Rameshwaram.That's why I would give full star for location.

Hotel Room is having little space to move. clean toilets. Having necessary toiletries. But they have some minus points like you get one chai in double sharing beds. Toilet flush position is really bad. You can not open toilet seat fully due to flush point. You need to ask for dustbin.

Hotel service was very disappointing you need to remind them 2 times to get things done. You need to order 2 times to get dish, water. Even we need to tell 2 times to get room cleaned. Very disappointing.

Food quality was not that much good. In lunch you only get south Indian thali. No ala carte menu for lunch. We had buffet breakfast and dinner. Not that good quality food. You need to wait for many food during buffet. Like wait for tea, coffee, bread etc.

Star missed here is because of Charging point. You can only get one charging point near bed. Other charging point is far away from bed. In the current situation charging points are necessity.

So here my rating of 1 ⭐ stands as above and I Definitely do not recommend this place. You may get...

Situated next to HP petroleum fuel station, and the Municipal green pass toll point at Rameshwaram, its easy to reach. They do have enough space for parking multiple vehicles - from four wheelers to buses.

They did tried to make the guests feel comfortable. But flaws were visible from professionalism to mindfulness to guest's needs. The room we took was indeed comfortable. The water supply was off, and had to contact the reception, twice on that. They did attended both times, almost immediately, but didn't checked to confirm the issue was corrected the first time.

The beds were cozy, but had deformation due to over or under usage. One bottle of Drinking Water was inside the room, but we were never asked for a refill...

Pricing was a little bit on the higher side...

Quality of food was good.

Breakfast timing was told to us from 7am to 9am, and will not be served to rooms. But when we reached for breakfast at 7.20am the next day, they said breakfast will only be ready by 7.35-7.45am. So we checked out an left without waiting for breakfast. (Not because Break Fast was delayed, but we had to reach our next destination - Munnar - by noon)

good morning we were a group of sixty devotees who stayed at your hotel last month around 21/22 jan for a day all devotees vacated the rooms well in time and we all left for dhanushkodi after returning from dhanushkodi and before embarking on onward journey we requested the reception counter repeatedly to arrange only one room open a single room for all the devotees so that they could use the wash room and travel ahead well in time the request was turned down i am sure that you are aware that the dining area and reception has a single wash room for a group of sixty people who had booked around twenty or more rooms with you and given you adequate and appropriate revenue dont you think it would have gone a long way had your appointed reception staff opened just a single room for our usage this is definitely an experience which has left a bitter memory i dont think this was a big request not worth fulfilling and i also feel this is a request fulfilment of which can be left to the reception staff without taking permission from higher authorities especially for a big group of guests like ours. sorry that igot late in informing you due to some personal reasons waiting eagerly for your...
