Capital O Hotel Calista — Hotel in Panvel

Awful experience!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel. I was subjected to an assault attempt at the hotel. The hotel owner locked the gate and enlisted others (his staff)in the hotel to attack me. Instead of the agreed booking amount, the owner demanded the full payment. All of this occurred at night, leaving me feeling helpless. They even attempted to steal my phone and wallet. Fortunately, some potential guests arrived, allowing me to escape. Otherwise, the situation could have been fatal. Please file a complaint against this hotel and ensure they are blacklisted. Urgently requesting action on this matter. Additionally, it's important to note that all those involved were heavily intoxicated and appeared to be drug users. This environment is extremely unsafe. One more thing to add all those guys were completely drunk and owner of the property using foul language (like ma behen ki gali and abhi aa k usko btaya hai mai udar rok k rakh usko hotel k hi andar aur ladke log ko bulao waha jldi). It's highly unsafe.

Update : It's disheartening that despite multiple reports to Oyo, no action has been taken against the property owner Ganesh and the hotel. They should be blacklisted from all platforms until then innocent people will continue to be harassed by them. Ganesh, the property owner, exhibits sheer...

Avoid this Hotel !! Since panvel was an overnight stay for us on our trip,we booked this hotel through OYO ( Prepaid ). We called up the hotel upon reaching panvel and they denied the Rooms. It was midnight and we had no other place to go nor we knew the city. Hence we requested if there was any way out. They flatly refused and hung up saying " OYO" Walon se baat Karo". OYO somehow arranged rooms for us ( It was their duty ) and the whole process took about an hour. My father and mother who are 75 and 70 respectively were completely exhausted during this entire ordeal. We adjusted and slept finally at the relocated place. The fact of the matter remains is why such hotels who have partnered with OYO are not moderated by them. Extremely unprofessional and shameless. Booked the hotel through OYO, upon reaching the hotel they said no rooms are available and that they have no relationship with OYO.
