Hotel Devanshi Inn & Banquets — Hotel in Panvel

This place is a total waste. The rooms smell like truck and gas. It's also very dusty and dirty. We asked one of the boys to clean it and we got attitude in return. We had to get another one to clean it up. The two guys and the girl behind the reception desk r like Goons. Especially the skinny one with the beard. He needs a good slap. He was behaving as if the hotel belongs to his father. None of them has any Customer Service Skills. They kept bringing the wrong food to our room. The current keeps goin and they don't even have a Generator as back up. Even the water keeps getting finished and when it does come bk it's brown water. That hotel is only for lovers. Only boyfriends and girlfriends go there. It's not a hotel for family or kids. If I can give no star that would've been better. I Ordered Schezwan chicken noodles and got some rice with cashews and tomatoes. When I complained about it they said they don't have noodles so they sent Schezwan chicken fried rice instead. I told them that isn't Schezwan and they were like yes, that's how they make it and expected me to pay for it. Y would I pay for something I didn't order? ( It wasn't even Schezwan chicken fried rice ). I didn't eat it and when we ordered dinner at night the boy who brought our food saw it and immediately replaced it with the correct item. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone. They say internet is available before booking but after u reach the room there's none. There's no toiletries also. The towels they gave r supposed to be white but it was grey and dingy. ( Luckily I brought my own ). I stayed there for 4 days and one day we asked them to come and clean the room in the morning and they didn't come until 9.30 at night and that's only because we called reception and complained. There's no other restaurants or shops nearby and u cannot order anything from Zomato and Swiggy as per their policy. So whatever u need has to be taken from the hotel. They're also keeping the original food bills with them and jus giving a piece of paper with some writing on it saying that's the bill. We had to fight with them so much jus to get the original bill and finally they jus gave us a Xerox copy of the bills and still kept the original. This hotel sucks. 👎👎👎

In the pics r the dirty water that kept coming from the pipes, the wrong Schezwan chicken fried rice and the correct one that was...

I hate to even spend a minute writing a review about this good for nothing hotel. I don't know why we planned to have a wedding in this hotel and they were fully successful in making it a nightmare!

DIBANKAR (an egoistic fool who has no respect to speak to the customers) is the manager of this lousy hotel) shouts and speaks to the customers, has no responsibility towards genuine asks of the customers and worse more was closing the food counters while people were still having food like we are not paying him/he is giving us stay and food for free!

There is a geyser in all bathrooms supposedly but just when you want to have a bath in the morning, there is only cold water with shampoo bottles empty and I don't think they know what a conditioner is because that was not to be found in the toiletries box.

You call for a coffee/tea they took minimum 40 minutes and only delivered after repeated phone calls to the reception with the receptionist only replying "on the way" and asking for flask back as they had no other flasks but one coffee flask only.

The house keeping staff upon being asked to clean rooms at 12Pm in the afternoon would arrive at 4Pm in the evening stating they were accomodating other guests but most rooms being empty in the hotel and with torn bed sheets being given to us.

No Laundry service stating the concerned person being on leave and providing us with an iron box that burnt our clothes as it wasn't used since a long time.

Lockers were present in each room but were not functional and when asked a reason- we only got a stare!

Complementary breakfast was told to us but in that we were provided with bread butter and omelette. Thats it. I would have thrown another 5000 on their face had they told me that they need more money to cook more food.

The management, staff, location, hospitality (big word!), customer experience is worst, incompetent and horrible.

I am disappointed how i could select this hotel and that too for my brother's wedding which was once in a...

hotel is located between truck terminals.. there are tons of heavy trucks everywhere n also many trucks are parked.. so just be careful while on the road..

Also the receptionist is very rude and she thinks she is the owner of the hotel.. and they asked for 200rs extra while checking in even though we had made payment which was shown on the app..

Also there are frequent power cut.. after we checked in, after almost every 6 to 7 minz there was a power cut for 5 to 10 minz which is very annoying..

They gave us the the room on the second floor which is 212, although they say that they have balcony they dont, also the view outside the window is of only trucks.

No soaps and towels were provided initially, had to call n ask for it

Tv does nt work, remotes are broken too..

Also be careful of the tables as it can fall on ur leg as its not stable at all..

Also they have white lights all over the room instead of yellow so it kinda spoils the vibe tbh

Their food is extremely costly like 350 minimum for any dish n 400 for non veg and plus taxes..

And u cant order from zomato or swiggy..

And the hotel staff is also rude.. they told that they would send someone for room service but they dont also after sometime they wont even pick up the call n ignore you..

And its far from the station the route that google suggests has been closed due long back.. so u have to go all the way around n its very long..

Also there were not many people in the hotel, i guess it doesnt get much visitors.. we hardly saw 2 people in the entire hotel.. so its kinda...
