PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!! 😡 I don't even want to give one star for our experience. We ordered a 1kg customized soft chocolate cake which tasted foul. Even if we agree that they baked it freshly, it tasted bad. Even after tasting the cake, the shop owner didn't accept that the cake is bad in taste and kept arguing that you are lying. The whole birthday was spoilt and we wasted our time complaining and arguing with them. We paid Rs.1250/- for that cake and after arguing, without any refund, they sent a 1/2 kg cake with the same foul taste. They didn't even return the half amount since we got only half kg cake later the next day. The owners keep arguing and blame the customer saying that you are lying.

They said that "their" customers are liking the taste of the same cake we had returned. Don't know who the customers are but the cake definitely tasted bad and there's no way anyone could eat a piece. The foul taste was so strong that even after 30 mins of having just a piece, the foul taste still remained

Ordering from here was our first and worst experience with this shop! We just faced a loss of money, energy, time, and effort. The birthday was ruined and we couldn't eat or share any cake with anyone due to its taste that evening.
