KFC — Restaurant in Panvel

Service was super-late - no coordination between the front desk and the staff in the kitchen.

We ordered Golden Fries but were given normal.

Because everyone and everything was so late, we got our order in three parts. The order was fulfilled in 25 mins. This was when the store was empty - there were only three guests including us.

Best scene was when we went to the washroom, a staff member was doing shaving over the sink.

I ordered a Tandoori Zinger Burger and a 8 pc. boneless strip bucket. The service was very slow. It took them 15 minutes to deliver my order. When it was delivered the burger was without the tandoori sauce. Upon pointing the mistake to the person, he took my burger (I had already eaten 1 bite) and very rudely put excessive amount of tandoori sauce to spoil the taste of the burger. I made a second order for coke & fries and paid using GPay to the same account but not using the dynamic QR code, the order wasn’t processed but the payment was done.
