Shreeji Pure Veg - Bharti Vidyapeeth — Restaurant in Pune

Disappointing experience at Shreeji Pure Veg. We went there on 15th Aug on holiday for dinner. The restaurant was bit crowded and we have to wait for 20 min to get the table. That’s not the problem it is acceptable during the peak hours and on holiday but the main issue was their service was too slow and inefficient because of the unorganised staff. Our food took an excessively long time to arrive, and to make matters worse, our order was incorrect. This level of service is unacceptable, especially during peak hours when one would expect the staff to be more organized.

What's more concerning is that there was only one server attending to the entire floor, who was visibly exhausted and sweating profusely. It's clear that the staff is overworked and understaffed. This is not the fault of the server, but rather a management issue.

To the owner: Consider increasing your staff during peak hours to improve service efficiency and accuracy. Provide your team with the support they need to deliver quality service. With a limited crowd, it's not surprising that the service was so slow. More staff would help ensure that customers receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner. It was so so bad experience today with Shreeji pure veg, specially when I was returning from the hospital with my 10 years unwell daughter. Waited for 40/45 minutes for parcel after promising to provide the parcel within 15/20 minutes, when very minimum customers and crowd in the hotel. First 30/35 minutes they were not aware about the taken order, because they forgot to ask to the cook to prepare and misplaced the order from the counter. After 30/35 minutes when enquired for the parcel, they asked for the ordered items and qty. They made horrible food in last 10/12 minutes. Ordered tandoor roti but they served unbreakable, unbaked maida chapati same thick as a pizza, same was verified by manager/owner and only apologized for their mistakes. I have returned 3 out of 9 chapattis at 11:20 tonight (anyone can check their CCTV footage). Also gave the open challenge to the hotel management to finish all the chapattis at once at the same time and offered to pay his/her meals for next three days. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Management & Terrible Food

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The management was completely unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. Every request felt like a burden to them, and there was no sense of hospitality at all.

To make things worse, the food quality was horrible. The butter roti I was served was cold and hard, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. For the price they charge, this is absolutely unacceptable.
