My actual experience based on bookings made for 8th and 9th November 2024. I had a function at my house and had booked all the 7 rooms for the guests. Made full payment in advance 19,600/- While showing rooms he had shown us the room on first floor which was quite decent and based on which we made the booking and paid in advance. Here is my review.
Although i had booked all 7 rooms, we could use only 4 rooms due to the extreme POOR and UNHYGIENIC conditions of the rooms and had to shift guest to nearby OYO townhouse hotel at a much higher price.
The owner or manager named Suraj was very polite and helpful on the phone and he also apologized for the staff behaviour. I hope some action is taken further.
SO PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. BETTER TO PAY 500 Rs more and get some good rooms rather than paying for such service.

Read moreI made a 1 week booking and had a very unpleasant stay and a miserable experience. I was asked to pay an additional amount of Rs.800 at the time of check-in, though I had paid the full amount through cleartrip. I was not allowed to check-in and had to escalate the issue with Cleartrip. I was made to wait for an hour before I could check-in.
After check-in, realised the room which has been allotted to me did not have a functioning lock and I was forced to leave my belongings in a room without any security which can be accessed by anyone. I had asked for an alternative room which was refused on the grounds that the property was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. I highly doubt this claim since there were no other people around during my stay and Rooms available sign was also On. This room had only a bed and no other furniture such as table, chair, cupboard was not available where we can keep our belongings. There wasn’t even a slab to keep your smaller items such as toiletries. Anything which needs to be unpacked should either be kept on the floor or one side of the bed.
When the room was allotted to me on 2-Mar, I was told that the lock will be fixed within an hour but till evening it was not fixed. I was then told it will be fixed on 3-Mar and yet no action was taken. When I returned to the room on 3-Mar evening, I was shocked to see the room was left open. Though no belongings was missing, it was clear someone had been to my room. Caretaker also did not take responsibility stating I am the only one here and your belongings will be safe. I had to escalate again to Cleartrip after which I was allocated a second room.
The second room which was allotted was very unclean and was not even cleaned for a new guest. The bedsheet, pillows were all crumpled , there was a lot of dust on the floor and cockroaches lying around. I was told that the room will be cleaned by evening but as usual the caretaker did not follow up on his word. The toilet commode also had broken covers, lots of cockroaches moving around and the bathroom doors did not have proper locks. Bathrooms did not have a mirror or a towel rod.
By this time, I did not have the energy to escalate again to Cleartrip and just decided to bear the remaining period of my stay.
To summarize, the rooms are not how it is shown in the pictures and the caretaker is not really bothered about maintaining the property and its guests. Was very disappointing to see such standards from Oyo, since I had stayed in other Oyo properties in the same city which was pretty decent and with helpful caretakers. Read moreMy recent stay, booked through Agoda, was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expected standards.
Upon arrival, despite having a confirmed booking, the manager demanded an additional ₹2,000, claiming my initial payment was insufficient. When I refused and requested a refund of my advance, he flatly denied it. It was only after contacting Agoda customer care, who were highly helpful, that the manager finally agreed to honor my reservation.
However, the manager's unprofessionalism continued. At 11:40 AM, he refused to allow me to wait in the reception area for the standard 12:00 PM check-in. He insisted I leave the premises for 20 minutes and return, which was both inconvenient and frankly, inhumane.
The issues escalated upon check-in. I was assigned a room that initially appeared acceptable. However, later that evening during a rain shower, it became clear the room was constructed with corrugated roofing sheets, leading to excessive noise from water droplets. The walls, despite being disguised with plywood, POP, and putty, were also made of these unsuitable materials.
Furthermore, the room was unhygienic. I found insects roaming around, including a centipede on the bed.
Due to these intolerable conditions, I was forced to vacate the hotel prematurely. This entire experience was highly unsatisfactory and reflects poorly on the hotel's management...
