OYO 14618 Scholars Inn — Hotel in Pune

Firstly the location on map was inaccurate. Hotel rooms were ok but found some bed bugs in bed. Bedsheets and blanket covers were not fresh. Had tu ask for towels. Staff was not at all professional. And while checking out the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa. He checked us out while lying on sofa. And the worst part was that the receptionist or whoever he was, he took my phone and reviewed the hotel himself with 5 star. Stay was ok but over all experience was...

Room is good. Area is safe. Ample of parking. But worst service. They do not respond quickly and properly. Bathroom stinks and is very dirty.Had to call reception thrice to get the bathroom cleaned.
