FML Pashan is an appealing destination for friends and groups looking to enjoy a lively atmosphere. This establishment boasts a commendable ambiance, enhanced by an open DJ area that provides ample space for patrons to dance and unwind. The music and vibrant environment create an energetic setting perfect for social gatherings and celebrations. However, one of the significant drawbacks of FML Pashan is the heat and humidity during the summer months. The indoor environment can become quite uncomfortable due to the high temperatures, which can detract from the overall experience. Although the venue has installed a few fans and coolers to alleviate the discomfort, these measures are often insufficient to counter the oppressive summer heat and humidity. As a result, patrons may find it challenging to enjoy their time fully during this period, potentially affecting their overall satisfaction. In contrast, FML Pashan transforms into an ideal venue during the winter months. The cooler temperatures naturally enhance the comfort level inside, allowing guests to enjoy the ambiance and activities without the distraction of heat-induced discomfort. This seasonal shift can lead to a more enjoyable experience for patrons, resulting in happier customers and positive word-of-mouth for the establishment. To further enhance the customer experience, the Narang brothers, who own and manage FML Pashan, might consider investing more time and resources into improving the venue's comfort during the summer. Upgrading the cooling systems or incorporating additional climate control measures could make a significant difference. By addressing these concerns, they could ensure a more consistent and pleasant experience for their patrons year-round. Another aspect that requires attention is the parking situation. FML Pashan currently offers limited parking spaces and does not provide valet parking services. This can be an inconvenience for guests, especially during peak hours when finding a parking spot can be challenging. Implementing a valet parking service or expanding the parking area could greatly improve accessibility and convenience for visitors. FML Pashan is a great place for social gatherings with its lively ambiance and open DJ area, it faces challenges with heat and humidity during the summer. By improving climate control and addressing parking issues, the Narang brothers could significantly enhance the customer experience, making FML Pashan an even more attractive destination...

Food: The pasta was delicious and well-prepared, and the Chicken Lollipop was decent. However, the pizza was a major letdown. The crust was excessively hard, making it difficult to chew. When we requested a pizza with a normal crust, the waiter initially agreed, but later informed us that they only offer hard crust pizza. He made a condescending remark, comparing their pizza to Domino's, implying we had no experience with pizzas other than from Domino's, which was quite insulting.
Service: The service was extremely disappointing. After expressing our dissatisfaction with the pizza, the waiter took a long time to return and suggested we try a different dish, the Naanza, which did not interest us. We then requested Hara Bhara Kabab, which took another 15 minutes to arrive. When the bill came, we were charged for the pizza we did not eat. Upon pointing this out, the waiter rudely argued with us, wasting our time for about 30 minutes. He claimed to be the senior staff member and eventually corrected the bill to remove the pizza charge but did not apply the app's discounted price for the kababs. Additionally, we were billed twice for a water bottle and faced more delays and arguments to correct the bill, including the removal of an extra service charge.
Conclusion: While the food (apart from the pizza) and vibe were good, the service was third class. The staff needs significant improvement in their customer service skills to match the quality of the food...
Read moreIt is a good place to hangout with your friends and family. When I visited them their owner was also there and I did not like his behaviour. The servers were good.
The food is good. I have had better but it was not bad. The drinks were really good. The ambience is of course amazing, spacy, and a warm vibe.
Now coming to my reason for rating them poor for service: Let me explain, we entered at 11pm, upon entering the person at the entrance told us that we close at 1:30am and we said ok.
At 12am the servers started asking us to finish quickly and go. To help them we ordered everything at once and started eating. But they kept asking us to hurry up. The owner was sitting with his friends behind us and he started shouting at servers to switch off the lights to push everyone out. We paid the bill right when the food arrived and were just eating.
We did everything, they even over charged us for bottled water and we didn't argue because they were in a hurry.
We just wanted to finish our food but they switched off most of the lights. We left our food and came out.
Outside, some guests like us, were fighting with the owner for his behaviour, we didn't stay we just came home and ordered something.
I didn't expect such behaviour from people from the hospitality business.
I don't know what their back story was but I hope they don't do this again.
They could have not taken guests in if they wanted to close early. I don't know. But my first experience with FML was not...
