OYO Everest Inn Hotel — Hotel in Pune

Positive:: 3km to Magarpatta which is an huge IT park with many companies.

Staff is helpful and prompt

Negative:: It's an AC lodge, not a hotel.

Good for only budget official visit , no fun for family and kids at all.

Don't think it's safe for lone lady traveller, best avoid.

Doesn't provide mineral package water, had to pay for it.

Has just a pantry kind kitchen which gives basic breakfast like bread toast, tea coffee, Poha, egg omleat, etc.. you need order food from menu which will be ordered on your behalf ( didn't try that, like to see where food come from ). I hate eating my food in hotel room, prefer restaurant anyday.

No decent family restaurants around only dingi restro bars. But, right next building has a small snacks shop with reasonable sandwiches, dosas and chaat.. it could be life saver.

Extremely disappointed stay. Even after cleaning, room have cop webs, cockroaches in cupboard. Dirty walls and curtains. Dull bed sheets, pillow cover and towel. Small sized bathrooms with commode in center. How can someone take shower? Staff behavior was very unprofessional except reception desk manager. The most surprising thing: The electricity in your room is controlled by OYO Control room. The room electricity was off for more than 3 hours in a day and frequently going off. Desk Manager offered different room but at 12:28 a.m. suddenly room lights turned ON automatically. No one knows how? Recommended only if you don't bother above things. the first room that was allocated was full of cigarette n drinks smell. after we asked for chAnge second room had cockroaches n walls were painted with pan spitting.we didnot get any help to shift our luggage. there was a single helper n so called manager was good for nothing. he was not even ready to give us room changed. our bad luck that we stayed there.b poha served in complimentary bfast was non edible.horrible pathetic experience.big no no for single...
