I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and shock at the unacceptable behaviour of the staff during my recent visit. Despite being a loyal customer for 7 years, visiting monthly 2-3 times, I faced humiliating treatment.

Issues Faced:

1.⁠ ⁠Egoistic staff behavior 2.⁠ ⁠Removed from dinner table by manager 3.⁠ ⁠Told not to return to the hotel 4.⁠ ⁠Found a light worm in dinner 5.⁠ ⁠Owner denied to address concerns

Expectations:

1.⁠ ⁠Courteous staff behavior 2.⁠ ⁠Quality food service 3.⁠ ⁠Customer-centric approach

Impact:

Due to this incident, my family has decided to discontinue visiting Radhika Hotel.

Suggestions:

1.⁠ ⁠Staff training on customer service 2.⁠ ⁠Quality control measures for food 3.⁠ ⁠Management oversight on customer feedback
