I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and shock at the unacceptable behaviour of the staff during my recent visit. Despite being a loyal customer for 7 years, visiting monthly 2-3 times, I faced humiliating treatment.
Issues Faced:
1. Egoistic staff behavior 2. Removed from dinner table by manager 3. Told not to return to the hotel 4. Found a light worm in dinner 5. Owner denied to address concerns
Expectations:
1. Courteous staff behavior 2. Quality food service 3. Customer-centric approach
Impact:
Due to this incident, my family has decided to discontinue visiting Radhika Hotel.
Suggestions:
1. Staff training on customer service 2. Quality control measures for food 3. Management oversight on customer feedback
