Super Collection O Mundhwa Chowk Formerly Opal Suites — Hotel in Pune

This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve experienced.

The first room we were given was completely unacceptable — the toilet was unclean, the bedding was in terrible condition, a hanger was broken, and the basin floor was rusty. When we raised these issues, the staff admitted it was their mistake and moved us to another room, assuring us there would be no extra charges.

However, later on, a different staff member showed up and insisted we pay more because the new room was “bigger.” This was very frustrating, especially since we didn’t ask for an upgrade — we just wanted a clean and functional room.

Even the second room had problems: the bedding was still substandard, the TV didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was non-functional. When we pointed this out, we were told that the property is under renovation. But if that’s the case, why continue to take bookings and fool guests with such poor service and lack of basic amenities?

The audacity to demand extra money despite all these issues shows a clear lack of professionalism and concern for guest experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place until they truly improve — if...
