Naturals Ice Cream — Local services in Pune

There was a time when me and my husband enjoyed Naturals Ice cream very much. But recently we get disappointed by both the attitude of the staffs and the taste of the icecream. Recently, just before this 'April month partial lockdown' started, my husband went there and wanted to taste before buying, and one the staff simply denied. My husband went there to buy a icecream tub, just wanted to decide which fruit he want. He didn't argued and just ask if they have a 'Chickoo' tub, they said yes and he bought it. During the payment one staff then ask my husband, whether he wants to taste new 'Kaju kismis' icecream. He then just said he is not interested anymore. I don't know what they were trying to do. I guess wanted to loose customers. And the taste of 'Chickoo' icecream was...

Naturals was one of my most favourite. So it’s really sad to see how it has lost its charm with increased price . We took coffee walnut and chocolate cones from near amanora naturals Both were lacking taste and texture. Amul is anytime far better than this. Plus the staff is very rude. We requested him to club ice creams , to which he could simply,forget politely showed his disability but he chose to speak so rudely . I will give you ice creams and then you can do it . Why I need him to tell that ? I can do whatever with the ice cream I paid for. I don’t expect him to say yes to my request but there’s way to say no. The ice cream was obviously very nice. The place itself wasn't very good though. The road is being expanded and raised which means that only one side of the road is functional. This was very annoying because this road is a pretty high traffic road. You can't just merge 4 lanes of traffic into 2 lanes. The ice cream itself though made it worth it. The staff is also fine. Had no issues ordering. They accept the payment methods of card and cash. I think that once the road is finished, this place will be a nice place to visit but at the moment it is a bit of hassle to go here. Overall I recommend...
