Nincasa — Restaurant in Pune

I visited this restaurant last weekend based on recommendation from a friend. Overall I enjoyed, here are some specifics:

Ambiance - 4/5. The place is vibrant, well designed and spacious. You can have place where everyone can see you and you can also have corner for more closed and private experience. Live music was there, it was not enjoyable for me but people getting chance of Karaoke were enjoying. Not sure this is for weekend only for everyday. IMO, the space is designed for young generation in mind, you may not enjoy if you go with family including children. Plenty of parking, at least when I went for a dinner.

What I did not like is their sound system is not of good quality, speaker near to my table was too loud and rough. It was pain than enjoyment and there were no way to reduce the volume. Other thing I did not like is mosquitos under the table. They were completely misfit in this place and were irritating.

Food - 4.5/5 Food was very good, very few options for vegetarians but whatever we order was tasty and enjoyable. Starter platter was really good with different verities and must order if you are 4 or more people, otherwise it is too much of food.

What I did not like is price v/s quantity ratio, in that context food and drink were expensive. Example - If you opt for bottled water, they serve you in glass bottle and that cost you 80 rupees which I believe is not justified. Some may argue that the cost is for the place and vibes etc. etc. but this is my perspective

Service - 4/5 They don't have physical menu, which sounds modern but not convenient when you are with family including senior citizens and children. Their menu has lots of uncommon dishes without any description and if you don't know the dish by its name, you need to check with their service staff. Nincasa in Mundhwa is an absolute gem! Name based mythological Egyptian queen of beer. We visited last weekend, and the experience was top-notch. The brewery selection was impressive, with a wide range of craft beers to choose from.

The food was incredible - we ordered a few dishes to share, and everything was flavorful and well-presented. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, with friendly staff happy to recommend pairings and more.
