OYO 22559 Mild Inn — Hotel in Punjab

This place Sucks...here the ac doesn't work ...staffs got attitude..they don't work properly..they didn't provide complimentary breakfast even tho it's mentioned..worst hotel ..wrost service. The toilets are not clean they don't change the bedsheets everyday ..they dont take care of it..worst hotel experience I've ever seen and had in my life ...they don't listen to the customer...they don't clean the rooms ..they don't throw the trash..which is inside the room ...they are not doing the works tht are mentioned in the page ..where the information is provided about the hotel ...I've paid to stay ..they should take care of everything ...there are careless ...I don't like their service ..I asked for changing the room because I didnt like it ..they won't doing anything about it ... They are least bother about providing water or changing bedsheets ...they sometimes cut the tv and AC connection.s so tht I don't use it for a longer time ..This is not the way a hotel...

Poor is a very small word , terrible organisation , rude staff , they say you that you are god to us but wont let you in , i have booked this place from oyo , and went there , my father was not well , manager and property manager didnt understand and did not allow me to enter, even i have already paid everything through oyo , Anyhow property manager did not want to talk to the oyo manager to solve this trouble in a better way . ,even the property manager said i can write whatever review ,i want ,so here its is means he doesn"t care . They were once said u r god to them as a guest, but did not understand my story, that my father was not well n i have paid all charges , unprofessional , rude and inefficient staff , Everyone I suggest you all plz don"t go there , surly you will regret after why i...

AVOID AT ANYCOST. RECEPTION GUY IS A FRAUD. NO SUPPORT FROM OYO. I had a really bad experience at the hotel. I booked using oyo. The reception guy denied check in. I had to pay him 200 rs extra for the room. The room was really conjusted, dirty bedsheets. Dirty towels dirty bathrooms. Ac not working properly. Worst part was on the time of check out, the Manger I would say a gunda /thug. Manhandled me and snatched my mobile from me and gave five star rating on oyo. This is not acceptable. You should be more concerned about your coustomors. These type of gundas should not be u b hospitality business. Now I think even these positive Google reviews must have been written by that thug.

Edit : OYO works in South India. But when it comes to North choose goibibo...
