Plz read it once b4 bookings so you can save ur money . As i took bookings for two nights through Agoda and showed me that payment will be done after check in. For the confirmation we called the hotel at morning as i booked yesterday's night so they picked the phone and told me that they will call me sometime later but they didn't so i called them after 1 hr but they didn't received my call so I called them with another number and told them about bookings, as they got to know i m the same person they hang up the call by t Saying the same...and didn't call me...after 2 hrs i called them with another 3rd number as now they are not picking my calls from those 2 numbers so the rest was same with this number also. According to Agoda's policy if i cancel bookings 45% charges of the bookings will be the cancelation charges so what to do now so we called customer support of Agoda which was so hectic thing as its difficult to find Agoda Indian customer support...so after 2 hrs on call with non Indian c.s of Agoda bookings were canceled without fine...And the joking part is that just after cancelation the Hotel called me for bookings

Now days Hotels are destroying there reputation for short term profits and harassing...

This hotel is totally hell. My experience with this hotel is worse. Staff is very unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to customers. I booked my room but when I was arrived they told me to cancel booking from app. This thing was too strange. On website showing that they accept thr the all payment modes but when I was going for pay then they told we are not accepting card payment and upi also. Only cash payments we are accepting. I had booked Double Deluxe room. But the pix which had uploaded on website they even didn't have that room in reality. The room Ac and fan also not working which they gave me. Then I called more than 5 times but they didn't pick my call. So I personally go to the counter and request to change my room. The next room was so un-organized. No water bottle provided in room. Staff not guide to guests regarding room. The time was 2:30 am when I was doing this. The bedsheet and pillows were totally dirty. Totally stained. So at the last I just want to say don't book this kind of worse hotel. Only making money not giving services. Customer...

I stayed here for 3 nights and it's an average hotel. Below are the pros and cons:

Cons: If you are booking a family room then there are no windows at all. There is a small window which is actually has the pipe ducts. You just won't know when time changes from morning to afternoon and then evening as there is no natural light coming inside the room. Outside the hotel it's a very sad state of affairs with garbage and scrap dealers around... Their geysers sometimes won't work and due to this there is lot of inconvenience if you wanna have a quick hot bath. The breakfast package has limited options, either you get two parathas or four slices of bread toasted with butter. They charged me for extra slice of bread which I feel is in bad state.

Pros They maintain cleanliness in the room but do ask for clean mattresses and towels if you are staying for long time. It's in the main market very close to the Amritsar Bus stand and good eating options available near by. Keep checking Google maps for all attractive...
