My room was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The Soothing Live Lobby music was a relaxing Experience.

The food was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering a wide range of options, from traditional Indian dishes to continental favorites. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The on-site restaurant provided an exquisite dining experience with creative presentations and impeccable service.

The staff at Red Radisson Mohali are friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping team ensured my room was spotless, and the overall service was top-notch. I stayed at this property for two nights, and my experience has been far from what one would expect from a purported 5-star establishment. Below are my observations from the first day:

The "Magic Number" (zero) on the provided phone was not functioning on the first day. Experiencing telecom issues at a 5-star property is highly unexpected and inconvenient.

When we visited the pool a few hours ago, there were no towels available. Despite assurances that they would be provided "soon," we had to make multiple calls. Ultimately, we were directed to use hand towels from the gym. The pool towels finally arrived after 30 minutes, by which time they were no longer needed.

At the pool, a young guest dislocated his shoulder and was told to wait for the gym trainer for assistance. After nearly 30 minutes with no help, I had to personally request the housekeeping staff to connect me with the manager on duty to secure an ice pack. By the time I left the pool, neither the gym trainer nor the ice pack had arrived.

The bed size in the room is notably smaller compared to standard rooms at other 3-4 star properties, such as Ramada.

While these issues may seem manageable individually, they collectively undermine the 5-star experience. Given the premium price, one expects a level of service and efficiency that was clearly lacking. I have stayed at properties with lower star ratings that were more customer-centric and better managed.
