We are regular customers at Foodimal, visiting thrice a day for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Earlier, the tea was served in good quantity and we enjoyed it. However, recently the quantity has been reduced drastically, and it is now served in very small cups with an awkward shape that causes the tea to spill while drinking.
On top of that, we constantly have to remind the staff how to customize the tea for better taste, which is frustrating for regular customers. Here we want to mention that staff is very polite and cooperative and they try their best but they have their restrictions.
To conclude, it feels like the quality and customer experience have gone down, despite our loyalty.
If Foodimal values its customers, it should seriously reconsider the cup size, the design, and the consistency of service, otherwise they might start losing their loyal...
Read moreI would have given Foodimal 5 stars just 3-4 months ago, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped drastically since then. The food used to be fresh and flavorful, but now it feels like they are cutting corners by using low-quality ingredients. The taste is nowhere near what it used to be.
Service has also taken a hit—orders take longer, and the staff doesn’t seem as attentive as before. The atmosphere is still decent, but what’s the point if the food isn’t worth it? Read moreWe visited Foodimal after almost 5 months and ordered Butter Chicken, but it was really disappointing this time. The gravy was coarse and tasted more like Kadhai Chicken with just butter on top. Earlier, Foodimal’s Butter Chicken used to have a thick, creamy, paste-like gravy which was delicious.
It felt like the chef had changed, but when we asked the cashier, we were told it’s the same chef. Sadly, the taste and quality have definitely gone down.
