I recently visited BitesBee and I must say it was an exceptional experience! As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find such a diverse and creative menu filled with delicious veg options. Ordered Masla tea from them. My office is situated at Bestech and I had a guest. After waiting 30 minutes they handed over tea to our office boy Ankit and when I took first sip it was worst ever. It has lot of sugar that it was very very sugary. I have called them instantly and told about it the guy told that yes its having lil extra sugar but in fact it was with lot of sugar.

Then he said you send your office boy again and we will deliver new tea. My office boy went and they sent only 1 cup of tea whereas I paid them for 2 cups. I will be blocking them permanently for any parties or orders. We have used them in past and their service were not very good. Had a party where we ordered snacks from them earlier and they were of bad quality and poorly cooked. After today's incident I'm totally fed-up with them and will make sure to block their services in our service. Worst service...
