Hotel Fort View — Hotel in Rajasthan

First the only few good things- Prime location and great view.||Now highlight of our two days experience- Poor service and no sense of professionalism by the owner.||The owner despite knowing that we have a booking and even during our stay wouldn’t bother to pick up the call or call back. If you are lucky he would answer in the second try. ||Our room did not have the following-||A toilet seat||Curtains ||Towels||Bathroom lock||Wifi ||Only two sockets (none near bed) ||Toiletries (not even hand wash) ||Water bottles ||||We had to constantly beg for our basic demands like milk and hot water as we were travelling with a baby. Despite our requests, few of our issues were not resolved at all. The breakfast though included in the price, was given as a bare minimum. ||||And the restaurant that they have mentioned, doesn’t exist anymore. Don’t get fooled by it. Perhaps 0 star wouldn't be enough to describe this filthy place. Sorry I can't say it's a hotel. We stayed there in four beaded family room. Room is ok if you are ok with staying old buildings. Toilet and bathroom are pathetic awful. Tiniest possible washroom with door dose not closed property. This is one part of staying. Other big part of taking Sam sand dews tour from this cheat people. They charge a huge and get the full money in advance. After reaching there we will find only 10 mins of camel suffery we have been thrown into desert. We had to walk back to the resort for evening program. Resort is having no modern toilet even for ladies. Don't go this Sahara desert camp. Food are also not very authentic Rajasthan. Moral of our suffering is don't book any such from hotel and instead book a cab and go to Sam village and take camel ride and after sunset back...
